Our Process – What to Expect

  1. Schedule a Free Consultation
    We’ll walk through the home with you or your representative, discuss what items you wish to sell, and determine if a sale is the best fit.
  2. Prepare & Stage the Home
    We need 2 weeks of access before the sale to clean, sort, research, price, and stage everything. We’ll bring in display tables, tablecloths, signage, and other supplies to make your home “retail ready.”
  3. Conduct the Sale
    Two day estate sales are typically held Friday and Saturday. For 3 day sales we add Thursday. We manage the crowd, answer questions, and process all transactions.
  4. After the Sale
    We help arrange donation pickups, trash removal, and leave the home broom-clean. High-end items pieces are often sent to a local auction house.
