We arrange for donations of usable items and coordinate trash removal if needed. High-end pieces are often sent to a trusted auction house.

We research and price everything using a combination of market data, appraisal knowledge, and local buyer trends. Paula is a CAGA-certified personal property appraiser.

We process all sales through a register. Credit/debit funds are automatically deposited, and cash proceeds are accounted for. Typically final payment and documentation are sent by the following Thursday.

We do not offer buyouts. Our focus is on helping you get the best possible return through a professional sale and smart marketing.

Estate sale weekends fill quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible—before listing your home, if possible. We typically need access to the unoccupied home for 2 weeks prior to the sale for setup, pricing, and promotion.
